2. Products
We provide high-quality human hair wigs and hair products. Because human hair is a natural product, slight variations may occur in colour, texture, density, curl pattern, and appearance. These natural variations do not qualify as defects. Additionally, product images may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.
3. Orders
Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
An order confirmation will be sent via email after purchase.
Hair House by Noonie reserves the right to cancel orders due to product availability issues, incorrect pricing (technical errors), suspected fraud, or incorrect customer information.
If payment was processed for a cancelled order, an approved refund will be issued using the original payment method.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes as required by German law.

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, strict conditions apply. Customers must inspect orders immediately upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if the wrong item is received, the item arrived damaged, or there is a manufacturing issue.
Wigs that have been worn, washed, styled, coloured, cut, customised, altered, or tampered with are not eligible for return or exchange. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
7. Custom Orders
Custom-made wigs, personalised wigs, and customised wig services cannot be cancelled or returned once production has commenced, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

All website content—including images, videos, logos, text, product descriptions, and designs—is the property of Hair House by Noonie. Copying, reproducing, or using our content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
